I’d like to order one of your magazines. What shall I do?


To order one or more products, click on the “SHOP” section, in the main menu on top of each page. A dropdown menu will open, where you can choose what magazine collection/fashion season to display. If you want to visualize all the publications released so far, just click on the “SHOP” entry.

Select the magazine you want to buy, click on its cover image and you will get to the corresponding product page. Select the quantity of copies, then click “ADD TO CART”. In the cart icon on the top of the page the same number will appear.


If you want to add more magazines, go back to the previous page and continue shopping; if not, you can complete your order clicking the “VIEW CART” button. You can also close your order in any other moment clicking on the cart icon.

A summary page of your order will be displayed. Please remember to insert your fiscal code or vat number, as these are mandatory data, they are essential to process your order correctly. At this point, you can decide whether to pay via Paypal or bank transfer.

If you choose to pay via Paypal, the parcel will be sent to the address you registered on Paypal. Continue inserting your country and once the system has calculated the shipment costs (apart from deliveries to Italy), you will be re-directed to the payment site.

If you choose to pay via bank transfer, complete your order. A final page with your order number will inform you that we have registered it correctly, and you will also receive an email with the same notice immediately after that. Now you are ready to make your payment, so please remember to include your order number in the bank transfer description and send the payment receipt to

To complete your order, fill in the form with your personal details, select the delivery option, and go on. You will finally view your order recap. Congratulations, you will receive your magazines within a few days!

If you want to subscribe to any of our titles, go to the shop, click on the chosen product, then click “SUBSCRIBE”. Fill in the form, specifying what title you want to buy, the subscription duration, the issue you would like to start with (current one or next one). All prices and magazine frequency can be found clicking the “PRICES” entry at the bottom of the page.

How much are the shipping costs? How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipments to Italy are always free of charge; on the other hand, the fixed rate for international shipments is 15.00 euros for each copy purchased, to any country in the world apart from Italy. If you need to buy more than 9 copies, your order can’t be placed online: in this case please contact us at

A standard shipment usually takes 2-4 working days, depending on the destination. The shipment timings must be calculated from the date of payment receipt.

All our shipments are processed via the most reliable couriers operating on Italian and international territory. If the recipient's address is vacant on delivery, the carrier will leave a card stating the date and time of delivery and a message informing the recipient of delivery the next day. After this attempt, the on-hand balance will be opened. Please notice that Fotomoda Srl cannot in any way be responsible for eventual courier’s delays due to incidental reasons.

I need a proforma invoice. How can I request it?

You can request your proforma invoice via email to the following address: Please include in your message all your contact details, your Company name, vat number (mandatory), order number.


What are your payment methods? Can I pay via bank transfer? And where can I find your bank details?

You can choose to pay either via Paypal or credit card.

Please notice that all shipment timings must be calculated from the date of payment receipt.


I’ve placed an order on your webshop, but I haven’t received any e-mail confirmation so far. How can I find out if my order has gone through?

If you haven’t received any order confirmation from us, we apologize for the inconvenience, and we invite you to inform us immediately, so that we can solve this problem as quickly as possible. Please send a message to, explaining that you haven’t received the order confirmation. Once the problem has been sorted out and after verifying your order status, you will regularly receive our written confirmation.
